Published January 10, 2008
It's the same thing year after year. We all make New Year's resolutions to get fit, lose weight and reduce stress, but how many of us actually follow through and reach our goals? Well, this year you're not alone. The WCS Coordinated School Health Department wants to help you and your children live a happy, healthy life. You will find all sorts of ideas for getting fit at the new CSH website.
Here are a few of things you'll find at the new CSH website:
- User friendly Get Fit tips will be published on our new tip page. The most recent one will be in the highlighted box and there will be a scroll down record of previous ones for your convenience. These have been catalogued at http://www.wcs.edu/parentstudent/health/tips/homepage.htm. Bookmark this page so you will have access to each of the tips.
- Our newsletter In Top Form will be available at http://www.wcs.edu/parentstudent/health/newsletters/newsletter_home.htm. January’s is forthcoming.
- Don’t forget about Walk Across Williamson. You can find out more information by going to http://www.wcs.edu/parentstudent/health/wxw.htm. Walk Across Williamson is a great way to begin the new year, and it's not too late to get involved.
We hope these will be helpful for you. Remember, taking little steps now will make a big difference later. Here’s to a healthy 2008!
