Franklin High Tops List of Middle TN Schools

Franklin High School is head of the class according to a recent ranking of the top high schools in Middle Tennessee. The Nashville Business Journal released its Book of Schools issue March 21. The publication ranked the area's top high schools using information such as the State Report Card and ACT scores.

Franklin High School Principal Willie Dickerson says, "It's an honor to have our students and faculty recognized for all their hard work."

Franklin High School is known for its willingness to try new things. Starting next school year, students will be allowed to choose from four schedules. The new plan will give students more flexibility in terms of after school jobs and extra-curricular activities.
