Destination Imagination
Published March 27, 2008
Dozens of Williamson County students will compete in the Destination Imagination State Tournament April 12. Destination Imagination is a team-based, creative problem-solving program for children. There are five competitive Team Challenges from which teams may choose, each with its own educational focus. Teams of up to seven members work together to solve a Team Challenge. Each Team Challenge is designed to be open-ended, and can be solved in many ways.
The Destination Imagination Regional Tournament was held Saturday, March 8 at Centennial High School. Of the 105 teams registered, 98 participated. Congratulations to the following district teams which will advance to the State Tournament at David Lipscomb University on April 12.
