Brentwood Athletes Win State

Brentwood High School's Boys Soccer Team made history last month by finishing the season undefeated.  The Bruins edged Houston 1-0 to win the AAA state title.  Brentwood High also finished the season ranked No. 1 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America poll.  Not only did the Bruins become one of the few teams in state history to finish the season with a 24-0 record, but they also managed to shut out their last 11 opponents.

The soccer team was not the only Brentwood High School athletic group to win a state title. The Brentwood Boys' Track Team outperformed the competition at the 2008 State Track Meet and ran away with the championship trophy.
